1.    Do I need to register in order to purchase?

Yes, That Beauty Shop would require you to register with us before any purchase can be made. Registration is easy and free of charge.

2.    How do I register an account?

You can simply click 'Your Account" at the top middle. On the left, add your email and click on “Create your account” or
click here to register.

* You are encouraged to fill in your mobile number for timely verification purpose if required.

In future we might send promotions to your mobile on a once a month maximum basis and you can unsubscribe to this free service anytime.

Simply Sign-in to your account and you are able to change/update your profile. 

That Beauty Shop Online Store

1.    How do I Shop Online?

You simply just need to sign-in your account and select the product which you want to purchase and click on “Add to Cart”.

Once you have completed adding all your items to your shopping cart, you click on “CART” on the top right panel.

Alternatively, if you can’t make up your mind immediately, you could select the desired items and put them under “MY WISHLIST”, from there, you could decide which are the items you would like to make the final purchase and send it to “Add to Cart” followed by “Checkout”
When you are viewing the item(s) in your Checkout page, you may adjust quantities in your cart and then click on the “Update” to recalculate the modified order.

You may also remove/add item(s) by clicking on - icon to decrease OR + icon to INCREASE quantity.

Once you are all ready to check out with the item(s) in your shopping Cart, click on “Checkout” button. Following that, if you have not registered with us before, you will need to click on “Register” to sign up for a new account. If you are a registered user, simply Sign-in using your email and password that you created for that account.

If you have never purchase from us before, once you are logged on, please proceed to fill in the necessary shipping and billing information and click on “Next” button to proceed to the next step.

Do take some time to check/ update your address before clicking on “Next” button. Choose shipping method and payment method. Click “Place Order” to confirm the order.

At the end of the checkout process, you should receive an order processing email from us.

If you are a local customer choosing payment via Internet Banking/ Bank Transfer (via ATM), kindly proceed to make payment within 48 hours. You will need to notify us your payment info, via

We will process your order once we have received your payment and you should receive an order processed email from us.

2.    Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept both Master and Visa Credit and Debit Cards via PayPal.

3.    Do I need a PayPal account to pay?

No, you do not need a PayPal account to pay for your orders.

4.    How to pay by credit cards?

Upon on Checkout Page, Select Payment Method by Credit/Debit Cards

Click Place Order, you’ll be directed to “PAYPAL” website for your credit or debit card details.

Please click Continue if you do not have PayPal Account.

Once payment has been debited from your account successfully, you'll be directed back to our website.

You should receive 2 e-mails notification; one from us and the other from PayPal.

5.    Will my information be kept private?

That Beauty Shop will have no information relating to your credit card details.
PayPal helps protect your credit card information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is never shared with us.
Please note that you do not need a PayPal account to pay with a credit card via PayPal.

6.    What other payment methods do you accept?

We accept Payment Policy for Internet Banking or Bank Transfer (via ATM)

Internet Banking or Bank Transfer is only applicable for local payment only.
As That Beauty Shop carries limited pieces of each item, please make payment within 48 hours upon receiving a confirmation email from us.

*Note that if payments not made within 48 hours, your orders will be deleted and you will have to place the orders again.

7.    How can I track my order?

Logon to your account, click on "order" to view all your past purchase(s) or check your order status to track your order.

8.    Am I able to change my order?

Once an order has been placed and payment has been made, we are unable to make any changes to the order including cancellations.

9.    How do I use the coupon code?

Simply enter the coupon code in your "CART' before checkout. You will be able to see the adjusted price on your shopping cart after entering the code.

10.   What if I'm not very familiar with online shopping but I still want to place an order?

This was catered for those interested buyers who have no access to IT or knowledge of online buying process. Just copy the code/title of the item you want to purchase, the colour you want and the size if any.


Product Information

1.    Can you provide more information about your products?

That Beauty Shop will provide as much information on our products.
We will also provide a wide array of images for you to aid your shopping experience.

However, if you have additional questions regarding the item(s), you can simply SMS or Email us.


1.   Shipping details 

That Beauty Shop parcels are fully handled by Singapore Post Office.
Orders received on a Sunday and Singapore public holiday will be processed the next working day.

We would like to hi-light to all customers that if you opted for NORMAL POSTAGE, you have to bear the responsibility for any items not received. We do not accept complaints or feedbacks for items not received via normal mail. 

There are unforeseen circumstances that one may not be able to receive their items:

a. incorrect address or incomplete address

b. receiver has shifted residence when item has reached 

c. family members of receivers did not inform them that there is a slip of self-collection card for unsuccessful delivery to your doorstep.

d. postman may have forgotten to leave a note that it is a failed delivery and has not left a white card to indicate item will be sent back to their nearest post office.

e. lost mail along the way

f. item has not been redeemed for 15 working days from date of post. 

All in all, we always leave our return address as the back of the parcel. They will return the items back to us if it has been left uncollected for too long.

Customers are encouraged to note that NORMAL MAIL is not recommended as SINGPOST is unable to track their whereabouts due to no tracking number for normal mail. There is no receipt to indicate the address or status.

Registered mail (Additional SG$3.00) is highly recommended as you have a 9 digit tracking number to trace the status, simply by calling SINGPOST customer service hotline: 1800 2225777.



That Beauty Shop will process all orders with Free Sing Post normal mail for above $100 orders, unless you request for registered mail. However, we strongly recommend customers to use registered mail.

1.    How long does it take to receive my orders?

All products are ready stock.

For Ready stock items, you can usually receive your item(s) within 2-5 working days.
There may be delay in shipment sometimes and we apologies for any inconvenience caused.

2.    What is the shipping cost for registered mail in Singapore?

The charge for registered mail is SGD 3.00*
Singapore Post assume liability.

3.   Can I request for Self Collection?

Yes.  We do meet up at Seng Kang MRT station on Mon-Fri Evening only upon confirmation of appointment only. 50% payment is required for self collection and strictly for purchase amount above $80 SGD.

4.   Can I request for Local courier service?

Yes. We will deliver your goods via Local Courier should you request it.
This mode of delivery is suitable for urgent orders and/or for orders that exceed 2KG in weight.

5.   What is the shipping cost of Local Courier in Singapore?

The minimum charge is SGD9.15. (Subjected to Singpost changes)
You will receive your order(s) within the same day or the next working day depending on the booking time.

All international orders will be sent by air parcel or worldwide courier services.

Returns & Exchanges

1.    I have received a defected item, can I do an exchange?

    That Beauty Shop items have been carefully selected to meet your satisfaction. However, should the item you have ordered possess any manufacturer-default, we will proceed with the exchange of your  purchase. That Beauty Shop only accepts returns on items that are unused and which are in their original packaging, except polishes and any products without seal. For a higher replacement value, a top up is required for the difference. No refund will be offered for a replacement of lower value.

The costs and risks incurred for returns are payable by the purchaser. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

2.    I have ordered the wrong item, can I make an exchange?

Please note that all items on were displayed clearly as stated on each product description page. We have also stated in our Return Policy that all product are carefully check before sending them to customers. We do not refund or perform exchanges for delivered products.
