ThatBeautyShop.com only accepts payment from secure sources via local Bank (DBS/POSB/OCBC/CITIBANK) atm/ibanking system for payment transfer and PayPal for credit card payments. We do not conduct any direct payment infomation transfer over our own portal. Clients not residing in Singapore or has any Singapore local banks account, please select paypal services for Payment.

Local bank systems and Paypal online banking offers safe banking and payment solutions to be transfer via SSL(Secure Sockets Layer) and HTTPS(Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure). It provides encrypted communication and secure identification of a network web server. HTTPS connections are often used for payment transactions on the World Wide Web and for sensitive transactions in corporate information systems.

As ThatBeautyShop.com do not hold merchandise pending for payment. Please make payment within 24 hours upon receiving a confirmation email from us, this is to prevent your ordered item being out of stock.

IMPT: Kindly update to inform us by sending us an email notice after your transfer, stating your Order ID, amount being transferred and TBS bank you had transferred.

Once your payment has been accepted and is reflected on ThatBeautyShop.com bank account statement, you will receive a second e-mail to notify you about the shipment details.

Orders received on a Singapore public holiday will be processed on the next working day.

Please note that orders will be sent within 1 to 3 working days from the acknowledgement of payment receipt.

Please note that orders with incomplete information may result in delay of delivery.

If the payment is NOT received within 2 days, orders will be treated as cancelled.

Via Credit card payment through PayPal
You do not need a PayPal account to pay with a credit card via PayPal.

All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment, ThatBeautyShop.com will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order. ThatBeautyShop.com also reserves the right to cancel your order at any time.

By confirming your order to us through our website, you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct. When your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full.

All orders paid using PayPal will be invoiced in SGD Dollars. For PayPal payment, we will be notified of your payment from PayPal directly.
