Delivery

Once your payment has been accepted and is reflected on ThatBeautyShop.com bank account statement, you will receive a second e-mail to notify you about the shipment details.

Orders received on a Singapore public holiday will be processed on the next working day.

Please note that orders will be sent within 1 to 3 working days from the acknowledgement of payment receipt.

Please note that orders with incomplete information may result in delay of delivery.

If the payment is NOT received within 2 days, orders will be treated as cancelled.
