ThatBeautyShop.com parcels are mainly handled by Singapore Post Office and Taqbin. We apologize that we do not ship multiple addresses per order or ship to P.O. boxes. ThatBeautyShop.com will take utmost care to pack your goods in proper protective plastic bags, bubble wraps and padding (if required). All items are checked for defects and carefully wrapped to prevent damages in the mail process before delivery. All our products is covered with our safety policy that if your item is damaged in transit, we will replace the same product. Please contact us if your item is broken via sales@thatbeautyshop.com

Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding holidays and mail out within 1-3 work days. Orders received on weekend days, Singapore public holidays and after 11.00pm gmt will begin processing the next business day. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not delivered on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays. Registered mail are sent on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

There will be an additional $2.60 applicable for registered parcel. Total shipping cost will be reflected upon checkout. Free registered mail above $80 nett spent. NOW FREE registered mail for order above $50 for year 2015 SG50 promotion.

International Order
All international orders will be sent by Air mail Parcel with tracking number. Do note liquid/flammable products may be rejected by local carrier to be ship air. If your parcel is rejected, we shall ship via sea / surface after informing you. If top up is require for freight changes, we shall contact you. Charges for International Orders
International delivery charges are dependent on the shipping method, total weight and destination.

Charges for International Shipping via Speed Post Worldwide Air parcel is set on our back-end to charge according to your country shipping address in your account with us. Please ensure the country selected in your account is the same as your shipping address.

Please be aware that all products delivered internationally (outside of Singapore) may incur additional customs and taxes charged by the country the items are entering. These additional costs are not part of the shipping fee you pay for when we fill your order. It is your responsibility to pay for these additional charges in order to receive their shipment.
 
Some countries may levy customs duties or taxes on your package. 
ThatBeautyShop.com will NOT be held responsible for these fees and these charges are not included in the amount paid to ThatBeautyShop.com. We have no control over whether you will be charged on any such fees or taxes, as any international custom tax are infrequent and different from country to country. We mention it here so that you should be aware that such fees may be imposed on your purchase. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Packages which are refused by you due to taxes, duties or any other reason will be destroyed by your country’s postal system and will not be returned to us. Returns

 Exchange offer allow only due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product was being delivered by ThatBeautyShop.com. We will arrange to collect the damaged, defective or incorrect product and re-send the ordered product in the same form of shipping method originally used for purchase without extra delivery charge. Only in case the product was sold out, we'll refund the value of product in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.

What to do when you receive a damage item in transit?

Take a picture of the damage item and send us via email to enquiry@thatbeautyshop.com for replacement,return and exchange assistance.

Items damaged and is requested to be returned to us is only to be return via registered mail with tracking number provided or we will will mail you an envelope for return mail. Registered mail will be paid by us via ibanking or deduction of your next purchase.
